Very close to close to the Nieuwmarkt square is Misc Eat Drink Sleep hotel, previously known as Hotel Zosa. It might be a little expensive, a single room is something like 120 euro per night, but they offer whatever you'll ask, including breakfast until noon and massage. It's not big but has great views of the city.
