You are absolutely right, the Remembrance Day its held on 4 May, and that's for the victims of WW II. Then Queen Beatrix lays a wreath at the Nationaal Monument on the Dam and the city remains silent for 2 minutes at 8 pm, a really deep vibration of solemnity.
