Ha ha, it's not a trick, it is very true. In the last half of November, there is a marijuana festival, called the Cannabis Cup, nowhere else but in Amsterdam. Is it hosted by High Time magazine, and the awards are given out for the best grass, biggest spliff - cannabis cigarette etc.
