The one I know is Vlaams Friteshuis, off the Spui, on Voetboogstraat 33. Here you can order mainly french fries with mayonnaise, though you can ask for ketchup, peanut sauce or choose from a variety of spicy mayos including the one with green peppercorns. Its open daily between 11 am and 6 pm.
