Hey, there is a small restaurant on Grimburgwal 2, called Pannenkoekenhuis Upstairs, serving flavoursome pancakes at reasonable prices, most of them less than 8 €. I recommend you the assortment with bacon, cheese and ginger. Oh, one more thing: the service might be a little bit slow, but don't lose your patience, its really worth to wait a while.
