There is one in Nieuwmarkt square, I think on Nieuwmarkt 9, called Cafe Bern. Because its very popular and gets very crowded, I suggest you to make a reservation, here is the phone number 622 00 34. It is open for dinner and mains cost up to 14 €. During summer it's closed.
