The most prominent cuisines in Amsterdam are Dutch, Indonesian and Surinamese, but many others are well represented too, such as : Greek, Turkish, Chinese - particularly in the little Chinatown near the Zeedijk ; you can also have Italian, Thai and Argentinian, especially steaks. Spanish-style tapas and other international "small plates" menus are the current rage. So, lots to choose from!
