Is there anything I should know before I'll travel the Amsterdam on foot?(give a different answer) .
There are few things you should know before you start to stroll the streets of the city. For example, as a pedestrian of Amsterdam, I have been advised to beware of bicycles. The reddish-coloured pavement is reserved for cyclists, who can get really angry when pedestrians get in the way, as foreign visitors often do that accidentally. Also, there's a lot of irregular brick or cobblestone paving, so avoid high heels.
