If you are in Southern Canal Belt area, first go and get an aerial view from the café of Metz Department Store. After that, go see a stately home close to Museum van Loon. Join the throngs of visitors in the circus-like, busy Leidseplein or chill out at the comfy, quiet Amstelveld. See cutting-edge photography at FOAM and finally have a beer or dinner at Café Schiller on Rembrandtplein, as that is what I would do.
