The Plantage area is right east of the Nieuwmarkt. In order to get there you may need to use the tram lines 6, 9 or 14, which travel though the Plantage or lines 3, 7 and 10 serving Oosterpark. Metro station Weesperplein is on the western edge of Oosterpark, with Wibautstraat further to the south.
