National Museum of Antiquities, Leiden

Posted 1 year ago by avatar lizette in response to snoper's question: I have to write a school paper about the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden. What should I expect to see there? (give a different answer) .

Hey, dude...I visited it last year and I have to tell you it's a masterpiece.... I came all the way from Paris to see it, I'm a painter and I needed some inspiration. I admired the mummies most of all, both animal and human mummies, almost 100, it gave me shivers...and a lot of ideas. You also have an entire collection of hieroglyphs to set your mind to work, and a genuine temple to gaze at...Set in the entrance hall, this temple was a gift from Egypt for Dutch. Rapenburg St., nr. 28, that's the password.
